- The Government intends to negotiate a contract with the Western Maryland Health System for administrative/clinical space, laboratory and radiology tests, interpretation/dictation of radiology tests and phlebotomy services for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with the option to extend for two one-year periods. Approximate issue date is 8/23/02 and BOD is 9/15/02. This is not a request for proposals.
