- Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance Service Calls on overhead doors located in the Davis Monthan AFB Commissary, AZ. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of October 01, 2002 through September 30, 2003, and will include two one-year option periods that may extend performance through September 30, 2005. This Request for Quotation will be issued on or about August 20, 2002 with a tentative closing date of August 30, 2002. The anticipated award date will be September 05, 2002. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $5 million. All requests for copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: (CICST), ATTN: Cynthia Walker, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800.
