- Description
- Single award contract beginning November 1, 2002 and ending October 31, 2003, plus up to two optional 12-month extension periods that may be added in accordance with the Option to Extend the Term of the Contract clause in Section one of this contract. The frequency of orders is approximately 50 to 250 orders per year. Approximately 3 to 10 names will be submitted per print order. The specifications cover the production of raised image business cards (thermography), requiring such operations as printing, trimming, packing and delivery. The quanitity will range from 250 cards per individual name or 500 cards per individual name. An occasional order may be placed for 1,000 card per individual name. Orders may print one side only in one or two ink colors or two sides in one ink color one one side and two ink colors on the other side. Bid opening date September 12, 2002, 11a.m. prevailing Washington, DC time.
