- GS-03P-AZC-0069 Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the Repairs and Alterations to the U.S. Customs House, 2nd & Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA. 19106. The project consists of the construction, renovation and selective demolition of the existing areas of the 1st floor Sample Storage Room, and 11th floor rooms- 1100, 1100A and 1101 (as shown on the contract drawings). The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is 100% HUBZone set-aside. The SIC code for the project is 1542.
