- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Black Bag Technologies for 120 EA Black Bag Forensic Fireboxs, B001-02. Award will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See FedBizOpps Note 22 - 45 days is changed to read 10 days.
