- The Government intends to purchase the following items on a sole source basis from Adaptive Digital Systems, Inc., Irvine, CA: one Eagle4C Ditital Recorder (13.4Hr Sterio), one DRSU2 Digital Recorder Support Unit (DVD RAM), one OSRFT Officer Safety Transmitter (170.4875 Hz) and one MONO4 Pager/Recorder.
