- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for supply and delivery of bottled water to various locations aboard Camp Pendleton. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with a base period of 10/1/02 through 9/30/03 and four option years. This acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business. The applicable NAICS Code is 422490 with a size standard of 500 employees. Offerors must make a significant contribution to the manufacture or production of the end product, to comply with the "Non Manufacturer Rule." Please consult FAR 19.102(f)(1). This acquisition, and the resulting contract, will be issued using simplified acquisitions procedures under the authority of the Commercial Items Test Program (FAR Sub-part 13.5).
