Description
This MOD issued to add the following Statement of Work and to extend the closing date to 30 August 2002. The description should read: Transistor must have X-ray screening, gain testing and noise testing. NSN 5961-00-323-1271 in accordance with drawing number 313319-3 and the Statement of Work (SOW). STATEMENT OF WORK for Stub 2175-0091 Purpose: Requirements for the delivery of 1000 Each, Transistor, AIL P/N 313319-3 to Naval surface Warfare Center, Crane. The vendor shall deliver a minimum of 10 sample transistors that meet AIL 313319-3 requirements for qualification by NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane technical personnel. Delivery to Crane of sample lot will be within 16 weeks of award of contract. Qualification process includes installation of sample transistors into IPM (Image Phase Mixer). Installed sample transistor will be qualified when the IPM meets gain, noise figure, isolation, VSWR and current draw specifications. The qualification process will be completed and vendor notified of results within 2 weeks after code 802 receives sample transistors. If sample lot fails to meet performance function requirements and "is disqualified" then this effort will be canceled and no payment shall be made to the vendor. Vendor may choose to furnish sample transistors that have not had x-ray testing done. However, if the sample transistors have not been x-ray tested then these will not be considered as delivered qualified transistors. Final Delivery: After a sample has successfully qualified, the balance of 1000 transistors less the number qualified sample transistors shall be delivered to crane within 4 weeks. Shipping Instructions: Sample transistors shall be shipped to the following address: NSWC Crane Division Code 80223 Bldg. 3330C 300 Hwy 361 Crane, IN 47522-5001 Attn: John Dove 854-4648 With remaining balance, after sample lot qualification, shipped to address in block 14 page 1 of purchase order.
