- Changed quote date from Aug 23, 2002 to Aug 26, 2002. Time remains at 1400 local time. Changes to work description is as follows: 1. LOCATION OF WORK: The works are located at Qtrs. A, B, C, & D NAVMEDCEN. 2. QUANTITY; 31 WINDOWS. Per house breakdown is as follows: 2.1 Quarters (A) 3 each 6 ft. x 4 ft. XOX, 2 each 4 ft. x 4 ft. XO, 1 each 2 ft. x 4 ft. XO obscure. 2.2 Quarters (B) 2 each 2 ft. x 4 ft. XO, 2 each 2 ft. x 4 ft. XO obscure, 3 each 6 ft. x 4 ft. XOX, 1 each 4 ft. x 4 ft. XO, 1 each 3 ft. x 4 ft. XO. 2.3 Quarters (C) 2 each 2 ft. x 4 ft. XO, 2 each 2 ft. x 4 ft. XO obscure, 3 each 6 ft. x 4 ft. XOX, 1 each 4 ft. x 4 ft. XO, 1 each 3 ft. x 4 ft. XO. 2.4 Quarters (D) 4 each 6 ft. x 4 ft. XOX, 1 each 2 ft .x 4 ft. XO, 2 each 8 ft. x 4 ft. XOX. ( ALL MEASUREMENTS ABOVE ARE APPROX. SIZES. CONTRACTOR MUST TAKE EXACT MEASREMENTS AT SITE VISIT). Note: Please refer only to the quantities and approximate sizes listed above for windows replacement. There are additional windows on the houses that will remain and are NOT PART OF THIS WORK. 3. Contract shall start in Fiscal year 2002 4. Site Visits: A site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, August 21, 2002 at 1:00 pm. Coordinate the site visits with Alice Reveles and Angelo Pallotto at (619) 437-5848. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and may be taken only at the site visit. 5. Contractors shall provide the following documentation for quote: a. SF18 front cover. b. Section B Pricing c. Rep and Certs (Section K) d. Exhibit A 6. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall - a. Remove existing aluminum windows. b. Install new windows. c. Units shall be Deluxe retro bronze aluminum, duel-glazed glass. d. Any 2 ft x 4 ft windows that are XO configuration shall be replaced with single hung configuration. e. Install trim and caulking. f. Contractor shall move furniture in order to accomplish work. g. Contractor to measure all openings and construct units to fit openings. h. Upon completion of work the site shall be free of debris and scrap materials.
