- The 11th Contracting Squadron (11 CONS) is hosting an Industry Day on 19 September 2002 at 10:00 A.M. (EST) in the Technology Center on Bolling Air Force Base, Washington D.C. All information presented during this event will be UNCLASSIFIED. The purpose of the Industry Day is: 1) to provide information on the proposed strategic outsourcing of the Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency?s (AFPCA) Information Technology Services (RFI No: F49642-XX-R-8010); and, 2) to establish dialogue with industry in order to facilitate our market research. The estimated value of this project is between $70M-100M annually. Industry Day will provide an excellent opportunity for private industry to ask questions and learn more about this potential opportunity. Prospective companies interested in attending must provide a list of personnel who plan to attend not later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on 9 September 2002. The following information is required to confirm your attendance: The attendee?s Name, Social Security Number, Company/Organization Affiliation, Address, Telephone Number, and E-Mail Address. This information is required to access Bolling AFB. Due to space limitations, a limit of two personnel, per company will be allowed. A copy of the minutes, questions, and/or responses resulting from this Industry Day will be made available on FEDBIZOPS. This Industry Day is for informational purposes only. Participation is voluntary. The government will not reimburse any costs associated with this Industry Day.
