Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT, HOWEVER, REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY 02 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2002. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F43MSL21960100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 02-06. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 443112, with a small business size standard of $6.5 mil. ?Diversity Videos Package? which consists of the following: Religions of the World (set of 13) 1 set; Multicultural P, 1 set; All Together: A celebration of diversity (Children), 1 Ea; How We are Different and Alike (Children), 1 Ea; American Cultures for Children (set of 12) 1 set; American Women of Achievement (set of 12) 1 set; One Woman, One Vote, 1 EA; Indiams of North America (set of 11) 1 set; A History of Native Americans, 1 EA; Hispanic and Latin American Heritage (set of 10) 1 set; Holidays for Children (set of 10) 1 set; Black Americans of Achievement, Collection 1, (set of 12) 1 set; Black Americans of Achievement, Collection 2 (set of 10) 1 set; A History of the Civil Rights Movement,1 Ea. Vendor must bid on Diversity Videos Package as one total price. All listed videos must be included. Please provide FOB destination pricing. Include shipping in the cost of item not as a separate line item. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order: FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial Items (Oct 2000). It is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. It is amended to read: Submit signed and dated offer to 97 CONS/LGCA, 205 S. 6th St. Bldg. 318, Altus AFB OK 73523-5147 at or before 1630 (4:30 P.M.) CST, 28 Aug 02. Submit dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form. Quotations may be faxed to 580-481-7472, Attn: Esther Renfro. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Apr 2002) with the quotation. If a copy of the provisions are needed, they can be found on the Internet @ arnet.gov/far. FAR clause 52.212-4 (Feb 2002), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition with the following addendum: . DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (Mar 2000). The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Apr 2001) and its deviations (May 2001) applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference.
