- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F25600-01-T-0127 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 33519, 500 Employees. The government intends to issue a purchase order for an Oil Cooled Constant Current Regulator for Offutt AFB, NE 68113. Specifications 1. Scope: Carrier Brand or equal, 30 Series Standard Air Cooled Reciprocating Liquid Chilling Package 60 Ton Unit, 460/3/60 Volts, Comfort Link Microprocessor Controls, Dual Independent Refrigerant R-22 Circuits, Standard Cooler With Heater Tapes, Across The Line Starter, Standard Unit With Scrolling Marquee, Aluminum Fins and Copper Tubes, Standard Domestic Packaging, Includes Control Transformer, Chilled Water Flow Switch, Oil Pressure Switch Package, Motor Master III Low Ambient Kit P/N 30GT-910-079, Factory Installed Non-fused Disconnect. 2. RECEIPT OF SERVICES: Invoices will be supported by signed service/delivery tickets proving actual services rendered. Invoices will include the name of contractor, order number, date of service rendered, itemized list of services actually rendered, and total amount due for the period covered. All invoices will be forwarded to 55th CES/CEOEM, 106 Peacekeeper Drive, Suite 2N3, Stop Code 4109, Offutt AFB, NE, 68113-4019. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR2000.COM TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING QUOTE. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE ALLOWED.
