- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts materials, and travel expenses to provide preventive maintenance and emergency repair service for General Electric Ultrasound unit, Model L700 to include three (3) General probes, One(1)VCR, and one (1)color printer, and Model L700 to include six (6) general probes, one (1) VCR, one (1)color printer and one (1)matrix array probe, all located in consultation & diagnostics service line at the VA Medical Center Augusta GA. Solicitation will include the base year and four (4) option years with coverage beginning October 1, 2002. Written requests for printed copies of the Solicitation must be submitted to the contracting officer and may be faxed to (334)395-4042. NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of $5 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considerd.
