- Description
- Contractor to provide full service maintenance and repair services to include all labor, supervision, and parts, necessary to maintain the Sterad Peroxide Sterilizer equipment in operational condition according to manufacturer's specifications. The contractor shall perform preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) to be performed at the intervals to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VA Medical Center, 700 S. 19th Street, Birmingham, Alabama, in accordance with Section C and all terms, conditions, special provisions and schedules. Period of contract: October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with four (4) one (1) year options to renew. NAICS 811219. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 28, 2002.
