- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to provide weekly transportation of regulated medical, pathological and chemotherapy waste from the VA Black Hills Health Care System. Sites where service is required are Hot Springs, Fort Meade and our Outpatient Clinic at Rapid City, SD. Base bid period will commence October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003. Contract will include two option years. Solicitation will be available approximately August 29, 2002. Requests for solicitation must be in writing addressed to the attention of Joann Walker, Contracting Officer, 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, Sd 57747. Requests may be made via fax at 605-745-2092. This solicitation is set aside for emerging small businesses. Applicable NAICS code is 562112
