- Description
- Provide all equipment, medical supplies and personnel to air transport patients requiring Basic, Advanced and Critical Care Life Support Air Ambulance Services for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 (with options to renew for two additional 12-month periods) for the VA Medical Centers of Fargo, ND, Minneapolis, MN, Omaha/Grand Island/Lincoln, NE, and Sioux Falls, SD. Documents available on or about August 21, 2002 electronically and by hardcopy if desired; request in writing or by fax to 612-725-2072. Proposals will only be accepted from those firms regularly doing business as Air Ambulance services, and who hold valid Air Carrier Operating Certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) for an air taxi operator; abide by all applicable FAA Regulations; and comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local Regulations governing the operation of an air ambulance service. Solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside and NAICS code is 481111, 1500 employees to qualify as a small business firm.
