- Description
- The FAA Aviation Systems Standards office has a requirement for Software Licenses, and Software Support applicable to ATC83C Software. The ATC83C software developed by Planning Technology Inc., supports FAA Flight Procedures Evaluations. In accordance with AMS policy 3.2.2.4, the FAA intends to solicit, and negotiate with only one source, Planning Technology Inc., Clearwater Florida. A market survey was conducted 21 June 2002, and the results support our determination to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This announcement is for information purposes only.
