Description
The Program Support Center (PSC), a fee-for-service Government Agency, is currently working with the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to expand the services available to their Department through the use of Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contracts. Although the resulting contracts will be available for use by any Government Department/Agency, ACF will be utilizing these contracts and requires Contractors qualified and experienced in working on projects in specific areas of interest in the field of social services. The ACF requires specialized services specific to each program area. Social services program areas include: Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF); Refugee Assistance; Child Support Enforcement; Low Income Home Energy Assistance; Community Services; Developmental Disabilities; Native American programs; Foster Care/Adoption/Independent Living; Family Preservation and Family Support; Child Abuse and Neglect; Child Welfare services; Head Start and Early Head Start; Child Care; Mentally challenged; and Youth Programs. The PSC and ACF intend, through this procurement, to increase the number of Contractors and resources available to provide required services, and to enhance ACF's ability to produce quick-turnaround and ?real time? information. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing. Solicitation is anticipated to be issued and uploaded to FedBizOps on or about February 8, 2002. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-JAN-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 16-AUG-2002.
