- Description
- The work shall be performed at the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center (NMCRC), 6400 Bloomington Road, St. Paul, MN 55111-4051. The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, supervision, material, and equipment and performing all operations, in the upgrade of the existing domestic water systems. This work includes but is not limited to the following: (a) replacement of existing galvanized piping with copper piping, (b) installing new risers and trim on existing fixtures, (c) installing new battery powered flush valves on water closets and urinals, (d) cleaning existing fixtures, (e) installing tempering valves on the two domestic hot water systems, (f) installing a new water softener system to provide make-up water and domestic hot water heaters; rod out underfloor sanitary sewer lines and plumbing vents that extend through the roof, and (g) replacing of composite kitchenette unit. No hard copies will be furnished or mailed.
