- This notice alerts all prospective offerors that Amendment 0001 to the Final Request for Proposals (RFP) is hereby released. Downloadable electronic files are located on the MDA Basic Acquisition Reporting Bulletin Board (BARBB) at http://www.acq.osd.mil/bmdo/barbb/barbb.htm. Standard Form 30 describes the revisions/updates to various sections of the RFP, as well as several RFP attachments effected by Amendment 0001. For planning purposes prospective offerors should note the 30 August 2002 due date for proposals, and 23 October 2002 date for contract start.
