- GS05P02GAC0149 - Mechanical Operations and Maintenance Services for two locations in Youngstown, Ohio. Location (1) The New Federal Building & United States Courthouse, 10 East Commerce Street, Youngstown, Ohio. Location (2) The Thomas D. Lambros Federal Building & United States Courthouse, 125 East Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio. Tel: (216)522-7795 Fax: (216)522-8166.  Scope of Work includes but is not limited to providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, equipment including inspection and maintenance of all fire protection systems and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in this contract. Estimated start date for contract is for Location (1) September 01, 2003, and Location (2) March 1, 2003. The start date is subject to change. The term of this contract is a 3-year base with two 1-year options. This procurement is set-aside for locations in hubzone areas only.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 235950 with a size standard of $11.5 million. Request for Proposal will be available on or about October 14, 2002. This is a negotiated procurement, the number of proposals received, the identity of offers; the amount of any offers or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. To obtain a copy, download from the internet at, www.fedbizopps.gov. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation. It is also the responsibility of the offeror to monitor this site for possible amendments. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
