- Description
- The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Saul Mineroff Electronics. Saul Mineroff Electronics will provide telephone logging equipment in support of the Treasury Enforcement Telecommunications Inter-operability program. This unique modification requires a license from Sony Electronics in order to preserve warranty infringements. There is no solicitation regarding this sole-source synopsis. Only written responses received by August 21, 2002 will be accepted. Interested parties will be required to provide a functional working prototype and a copy of applicable license in addition to a capability statement. Submission of prototype is to be provided by August 21, 2002. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. See Note 22 (Sole Source Award). Note 22 is modified to read 5 days in lieu of 30 days
