All requirements that are mentioned in the Presolicitation Notice for this project are incorporated into FTC 02-14. FTC 02-14 solicitation is now being issued with a firm 23 calendar day bid period. The Issue date will be 8/19/02 and a Bid Opening of 9/10/02. The limited bid period is due to an unusal and compelling urgency now associated with this work due to secuirty considerations.
