- This notice is to announce a solicitation that will be issued for the purchase of flight hours for a military pilot, to fly a contractor owned King Air A90, B90, C90, or E90 to be flown throughout the southeastern region of the United States. The projected contract award date is 01 October 2002. The solicitation with the statement of objectives will be posted to website www.neco.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 16 August 2002. All responsible sources will be considered by this agency.
