- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Contracting Office, NE currently has a requirement to procure the following: (1) Output Speakers, JBL High Output Speakers 150 W Pink Noise 300W Program Power (2) JVC VHS/DVD Combo Unit Model # HRXVC1U (3) Projector, Christie Green Projector, Model # 38-VIV.201.01(4) Interface Boxes, Extron 109XI RGB Interface Boxes, Model # 60-289-01 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001.05. The following clauses apply to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, FAR 5 2.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial items, FAR 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial items, FAR 52.222-22 Previous Contracts and Compliance Reports , FAR 52.222-25 Affirmative Action Compliance. The offeror must submit a completed copy of FAR.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications. Quotes are due back by 29 Aug 02 to the Regional Contracting Office, NE, 3250 Catlin Ave., Quantico, Va 22134 or fax (703) 784-5908, attn: Kathy Parker.
