- FISC-SD announces a sole source requirement for proprietary software licenses to upgrade existing electronic warfare training databases for the Naval Security Group Activity San Diego, CA. The software Views Murts is developed by Excalibur Systems Limited, cage 0MYF6. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at destination. The synopsis period closes on 8-21-02. The RFQ will be issued on 8-22-02 and will close on 8-30-02. This RFQ is issued as unrestricted.
