- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to procure one (1) ea Sytronics, Inc., Model 1607 Auxiliary Power Unit/Engine Sequencing Unit (APU/ESU) Test System modified for use with Hamilton Sunstrand T62-T40-7 engine used on LCAC Ships, and Operational Demonstration & Training of the modified Model 1607 APU/ESU system as Norfolk, VA. This procurement is limited to Sytronics, Inc, on a Sole Source basis. See Notes 1 & 22.
