- The purpose of this modification is to extend the response date for the combined synopsis/solicitation number N68936-02-R-0084 that was issued on July 15, 2002 for the procurement on a competitive basis for electrical transformers. Please note that the specifications numbers for line items 0001, 0002 and 0010 apply to Westing House. These are the existing numbers and need to be replaced. The current transformers are internal and are open ground breaker on substations on ground fault. As part of your proposal, please provide specification sheets with your products you are offering. Revisions to line items 0001, 0002, 0003 and 0010 are as follows: LINE ITEM 0001 - 3 each, 3 phase pad mounted oil filled Zig-Zag, 692.8 KVA, Primary Voltage 4800/2770V, 250 Amps, 6.5% Impedence, Current Transformers (CTs) 400/5, style SGP 6229, Temp. rating (65degC), bushings are dead front. LINE ITEM 0002 - 2 each, 3 phase type RSL grounding transformer, pad mounted oil filled Zig-Zag 11100 KVA Grounding Transformer Zig-Zag, 4800 ZZ volts, SPEC II 933430, Inst. Book #SGP-6228, Ser #SGP-6228-1, SGP-6228-2, CTs 600/5, Temp. rating (65degC), bushings are dead front. LINE ITEM 0003 - 1 each Transformer, Pad Mount, Oil Filled Transformer, 4800 volts primary voltage, 480/277 secondary, 3 phase Y 500KVA. LINE ITEM 0010 - 1 each Grounding Transformer Pad 3 phase pad mounted, oil filled Zig-Zag, 692.8 KVA, Primary Voltage 4800/2770, 250 Amps, 6.5% Impedence, CT 400/5, style SGP 6229. Temp. rating (65degC), bushings are dead front The following specifications only applies to lines items 0003, 0004 and 0005. Line item 0007 is deleted as it does not apply to the transformers. Specifications for Pad Mounted oil filled transformer. The following shall be part of and/or supplied with the transformer: 1. Terminations shall be dead front with universal type bushing wells. 2. Shall be supplied with two each 2 position primary switches, loop feed. 3. Low voltage bushings with NEMA spades. 4. No-load TAP changer. 5. liquid level gauge. 6. pressure vacumm gauge. 7. Thermometer. 8. Pressure relief device. 9. 1" top-filling and filter plug. 10. 1" drain valve with sampler. 11. Tank grounding pad. 12. Removable sill. 13. Three point latch, removable. 14. Neutral ground pad. 15. Steel divider between high and low voltage compartments. 16. Lifting eyes. 17. Hand hole and cover. RE-BUILT OR RECONDITIONED TRANSFORMER IS UNACCEPTABLE - NEW ONLY. COPPER WINDINGS ONLY - NO ALUMINUM. LINE ITEM 0006 - 4 each Cooper Reclouser Type FXB with Control 4C, BIL 110KV, rated max, voltage 15.5KV, max. interrupting current 10KA. Rated Continuous Current 560 amps. LINE ITEM 0007 - 6 each Substation Regulators, Cooper Power Systems substation regulators VR-32 Regulator and CL-5 Seris Controls, 25KVA Regs 4800/2770V. LINE ITEM 0008 - 1 each Cooper Power Transformer 3 Phase 1000KVA oil filled 65C Rise, sub-station style, primary voltage 34,500 and 4,800 secondary delta. Cover mounted bushings. Primary and secondary, taps 2 - 2 1/2 AN/BN 60 Hz LL Gage, PR Valve, Drain Valve with sampler, copper windings, non-PCB. LINE ITEM 0009 - 3 each Voltage Regulators, Cooper Power Systems substation voltage regulators VR-32 Regulator and CL-5 seris, 125KVA Regs, 250 Amp, 4800/2770V. LINE ITEM 0010 - 1 each Grounding Transformer Pad 3 phase pad mounted, oil filled Zig-Zag, 692.8 KVA, Primary Voltage 4800/2770, 250 Amps, 6.5% Impedence, CT 400/5, style SGP 6229.
