- NA Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Purchase Order: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcemen t constitutes the intentions of Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command to enter into an award with BOXX Technologies, Inc., on a sole source basis and is in the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitatio n will not be issued. Alternate items will not be considered. This NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The Purchase Request Number W23BFK 2218-7001 is provided for identification purposes only. Interested parties may identify th eir interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3699. The solicitation consists of the following: MS Premier Support CLIN 0001- HD Boxx high definiti on editing system w/ 1394 video I/O card and two inch Sony CPD-G520, monitors. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items must be included with the offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Exe cutive Orders- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition including 52.222-19, Child Labor-Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies (E.O 13126), 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity (E.O.11246); 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities (29 U.S.C 793); 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C 4212); Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Pr ogram (41 U.S.C. 10a-10d, E.O 10582); 252.247-7024 Notification of Transportation of Supplies by Sea (10 U.S.C 2631).
