- NA Furnish and supply all necessary labor, materials and equipment to perform janitorial services. Scope of work is for ground maintenance and janitorial services. Work inside the building shall be performed on Fridays during normal workweek hours of 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. The building is one floor and approximately 3200 square feet. It has two restrooms (one male and one female) and a kitchen. Service is for the Ft. McClellan Resident Office, U. S. Army, Corps of Engineers, Building 200, 681 Castle Avenue, Ft. McClellan, Alabama and its surrounding premises. Service to start 01 Nov 2002. Contract is for one base year and two option years.
