- NA Turbine Lube Oil Conditioning System, removes free and entrained water and particulate contaminants from the John Day Dam ISO 100, Mobil DTE Heavy, Turbine Oil. System is designed with seven (7) components, and they are: Free Water Trap, Water Sensor, Oil /Water Separation Unit, Oil Purifier, Water Moisture Analyzer, Particle Counter and Oil/Water Separation Unit. Contractor supplying system components will also be responsible for installation, training, and on-call warranty service. Small Business Set-Asi de. Small Business size standard for which is a concern, including all affiliates, with 500 employees.
