- NA Watervliet Stock No: 109500X024017. PREFORM IAW dwg 11579755 dtd 25 JUN 02 and dwg 11579504, REV E, dtd 07 Oct 99. One delivery due 31 January 2003 of 40 each. First article required. Approximate issue date 07 Sep 02 with opening date 30 days from issue . FOB: Destination; Firm Fixed Price. Procurement is unrestricted. Distribution statement C is applicable. A military critical technical data agreement, DD Form 2345, is required. A technical data package cannot be forwarded to a contractor who has not been certified. The form and all applicable instructions can be obtained at the following web site: www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Any questions regarding the certification program should be directed to Mr. Davidson at 1-800-352-3572. All contractors who provi de goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractor?s Register (CCR). This registration will be a condition of award. You may register via the internet at http://www.ccr2000.com/ or contact the CCR at 1-888-227-2423. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be issued via the Internet at: http://www.eps.gov/. Any changes to this solicitation will be posted only to the Internet. Therefore, it is the contractor?s responsi bility to check the site daily for any posted changes. If bidders are unable to meet the terms and conditions of the solicitation all questions and/or requests for changes must be submitted to the contract specialist in writing prior to opening.
