Site orientation will be conducted on 20 Aug 02, 1500 hrs. All offerors are encouraged to participate in this scheduled tour (Advance notice to POC is required. See the POC information below.) NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
