- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Refer to Request for Quotation F08602-02-R-DP05. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code is 441222 and small business size standard is $6 million. This is a requirement for 2 each 22 Sport w/merc opti pre-rig, 225 merc opt-max prop 14 X 19 Vengance SS, 12 volt receptacle (3), alum keel protector, battery box (2), battery switch, battery--marine 750 amp (2), bilge pump, blue painted "USAF Police" lettering, bottom paint, bow rail ? heavy duty, cleats heavy duty, cleats spring line heavy duty, cockpit bolsters, cockpit lights (2), console (25 sport), console door (add?l), curtain pkg T-Top, delete fishing items, dive ladder, electronics pkg #3, footrest (port/strb), freight/prep, fresh water system, fuel/oil, gauge-hour meter, hailer (speaker, blue light, siren, PA), laminates/plexus (extra hull and sides), leaning post ? alum (in lieu of std), leaning post backrest, light -- remote spot, metal fuel fill and vent, radar SL72, spreader lights (5), storage lockable tank, alum fuel 95gal (in lieu of std tank), trailer 2axle w/brakes, trim tabs, T-Top w/reinforcement and cases, unsinkable hull with life time warranty. 2 each lockable weapon storage and 2 each service contract which will include 2 service checks per boat. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, MacDill AFB, Florida. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.232-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-18, 52-232-33, 242,212-7000, and 252.212-7001. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with its offer. Funds are not presently available for this procurement. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
