Items listed herein are not funded. Solicitation issued to receive quotes. There is a possibility items will not be purchased. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the purchase and delivery of the following commercial items: Craftsman 9-65552, Professional Tool Box, 13 Each; Craftsman 9-46484, 678 piece tool kit, 13 each; Ingersol Rand (Craftsman) 9-18595 air impact wrench, 13 each; Craftsman Air Ratchet, 9-18821 air impact wrench, 13 each; Craftsman 95 piece impact socket set, 9-34294, 13 each; Dead Blow 1.25lb hammer, Craftsman 9-nul0015, 13 each; Dead Blow 2.25lb hammer, Craftsman 9-nu10035, 13 each; Dead Blow 3lb hammer, Craftsman 9-nul0045, 13 each; Baby Sledge hammer, Craftsman 9-38261, 13 each; Laser etching service for each individual tool, 10, 127 total. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business concerns and will follow the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13. NAICS is 421710, small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit written quotes; oral offers will not be accepted on RFQ F13LGT22130300. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. FOB: Destination for delivery to 436 TRANS/LGTVM VEH MAINT 635 Evreaux St., Dover AFB DE 19902. Note that all FAR clauses can be obtained by accessing the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, apply to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Terms, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; FAR 52.222-27, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.232-33 Payment by EFT-CCR. The clause at DFAR 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses are cited to this solicitation: DFARS 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance Payment Program. In addition, FAR Part 52.219-6 Small Business Set-aside applies. All parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. Award will be based on lowest price and best value determination. The Government reserves the right to make an award on the initial quote without discussions on this procurement.
