- Reference #F7390020800300 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of 1-ton sulfur dioxide cylinders (SO2) and 1-ton Chlorine Cylinders to be delivered to the Waste Water Plant at Scott AFB, IL in accordance with Statement of Work. The performance period is from 1 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 422690, and the small business size standard is 100. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27.
