- Desc. Integrated Data Network Exchange (IDNX) Equipment: SA-EIA530/CD module, P/N 2230B 4 EA, USD module, P/N 5035B 4 EA, Primary Rate Module, P/N 3030B 2 EA. Items are manufactured by N.E.T. See note 22 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications ? commercial items), 52.212-4 (contract terms and conditions ? commercial items) and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders?commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation.
