- This is a sole source acquisition for a commercial item, to be awarded to the Robert Fulton Company, Newton, CT. This has been prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F43AS322190100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 02-06. This acquisition is unrestricted as to business size and is under North American Industry Classification System code 332212, with a small business size standard of not to exceed 500 employees. Description is as follows: Knife, Craftsman, P/N AMPK, NSN 5110-01-372-4247, Telescoping Parapole, P/N APPT, NSN 1670-01-372-0429LG-Quantity 7.
