- Description
- Contractor will be required to furnish all components of the PQ6000 system, including VISTAR Workstation and power conditioner, excluding DryView Laser Imager. All interconnections, cabling, interfaces and operation of software for the above system are covered (except x-ray tubes will be provided by the VA through National Acquisition Center (NAC), Hines, IL, procurement office. Installation of X-ray tubes will be covered under this contract. The PQ6000 is located at the DVA Medical Center, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa. Normal hours of coverage are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding federal holidays. Contractor must respond with a phone call to the COTR or designee within two hours after receipt of phone notification of 24 hours per day. If the problem cannot corrected by phone, the contractor will commerce work on-site physical response within two hours after receipt of notification and will proceed. The contract period is from 10/1/02 - 9/30/03 with two (2) one year options included. Solicitation will be available on 8/28/02. Proposals are due on 9/18/02. NAICS 811219 $6.0 MILLION.
