- Description
- This procurement is for the Replacement of Elevators in Buildings 126 and 401, and their associated equipment systems, within all applicable Federal, State and local regulations and/or codes. This includes the removal of two (2) elevators in Bldg. 126 and one (1) in Bldg. 401, and all of their associated materials, and the installation of new hydraulic elevators with current totally updated systems and materials. The estimated cost for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code for this contract action is 235950 (Building Equipment & Other Machinery Installation)and the Small Business Size Standard is set at $12,000,000.00. This Solicitation is issued under Full and Open Competition. Clauses 52.219-4 anmd 52.219-23, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference and Adjustment of 10% each respectfully are included in this solicitation, for Hubzone and Small Disadvantaged Businesses participation. The participation of Small Businesses, Small Veteran Owned Businesses, Small Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses and Small Woman Owned Businesses in this procurement action is welcome and highly encouraged. Solicitation packages (consisting of specifications, drawings, bid bonds and instructions) are available in hard copies only, and must be requested in writing to the issuing office and contact person noted above.
