Description

The FDA/CFSAN intends to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to T. Crow. FDA has a need for professional services to continue the progress of the Federal Food Safety Coalition. The Scope of Work includes: Task 1 ? Provide technical guidance and facilitation on measures effective to all agency coalition members in adoption and implementation of the Food Code into tribal and federal agency policies and regulations. Task 2 ? Participate, coordinate, document and oversee the Federal Food Safety Coalition meetings and provide assistance as needed in developing necessary program documents and protocols, and the general implementation of the coalition. Task 3 ? Provide a written mid-project evaluation report when the contractual period is 50% complete, describing the effectiveness of the coalition in achieving the coalition objectives, and each participating agency in achieving adoption and implementation of the Food Code into their respective food program policies and regulations. Task 4 ? Provide a written final evaluation report the P.O. by the end of the contract, describing the effectiveness of the coalition in achieving the coalition objectives, and each participating agency in achieving adoption and implementation of the Food Code into their respective food program policies and regulations. This notice is not a request for quotations. The SIC CODE is R499. The NAICS Code is 54161 The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.232-33 Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment.
