Description

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with CONSUL Risk Management, Inc to purchase Z Secure and Z Lock software to run in conjunction with RACF/CONSUL and Audit/CONSUL software residing on the 2064-102 processor at the CMS Data Center. The procurement will be conducted under other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). If no affirmative written documentation is received within (30) calendar days of this synopsis, CMS will proceed with negotiations to issue an order to CONSUL Risk Management, Inc.
