- Description
- This is a sole-source synopsis for commercial software, software maintenance and installation support conducted in accordance with the provisions of FAR 12.6 and 13.501. No separate solicitation will be issued. The reference number for this solicitation is 08130101 and the provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-08. The applicable NAICS code is 511210. The Centers for Disease Control intends to purchase on a sole-source basis the COTS software modules "Authoria HR Benefits US" and "Authoria HR Policy US", inclusive of initial installation and 12 months of standard software maintenance. This purchase will complete the buildout of the HR Knowledge Suite initiated via prior purchases of this product. FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 will apply to this award.
