- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) THAT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This project is being procured under Simplified Acquisition and Negotiation Procedures. This project is to prepare and provide an Economic Impact Analysis (EIA), which will be used for revising the forest plan of the Shawnee National Forest, located in Illinois.
