- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) THAT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This project is to prepare and provide a Timber Harvest-Scheduling Analysis, which will be used for revising the forest plan of the Shawnee National Forest, located in Illinois.
