- The response date has changed to August 29,2002, all other terms and conditions remain the same. Corporate items for addition to existing contract(SP070002D9711) manufactured in accordance with AIL Systems Inc. This announcement is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured solely by AIL Systems Inc.(00752). Companies interested in offering on the NSNs other than authentic AIL Systems Inc. parts please contact David Nelson at 614-692-7893. This procurement is for multiple part-numbered items manufactured by AIL Systems. FSCs to be covered under this project include 4820,5865,5985,5996 and 5998. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s):26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 07/17/2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications,plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plue option years)shall not exceed 4 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
