- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) hereby issues Request for Quotation (RFQ) number DCA100-02-T-4069 for computer hardware and software and peripheral items. This RFQ is set-aside for small business under FAR Part 13, and commercial practices under FAR Part 12. This is a combined synopsis-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. FAR solicitation provision 51.212-1 applies to this combined synopsis & solicitation. FAR contract clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 will apply to any contract awarded as a result of this RFQ. NAICS for this RFQ is 443120 for retail computer & software stores, size standard $7.5million. Quoters will identify their size using this NAICS size standard. If a company is quoting from a GSA schedule or other government GWAC, they shall identify the contract & provide ordering information. For all items, FOB is destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. Delivery will be made not later than 30 days after receipt of contract award. Only the hardware and software products identified with the 3-year maintenance service have any maintenance consideration. All other items will have standard manufacturer's warranty. Only new items will be considered. Used or refurbished equipment will not be considered. Quotes will be accepted only on all items. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes must be sent via email to mcclainn@ncr.disa.mil not later than 1500 hours eastern time Monday, August 19, 2002. Please provide a quote for the following contract line item numbers (CLINs).
