- Description
- The Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to issue a solicitation for project support and services on a nationwide basis, including the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, the District of Columbia, U. S. Territories and possessions. Contractors are not required to offer on all locations. However, Contractors must demonstrate the capability to provide service on a nationwide basis by proposing on at least 75 percent of the states within the continental United States. On an optional basis, service may also be provided internationally. The resulting contract(s) will meet the needs for customer agencies (Federal government) of FedSource/GoTo.Gov/FBA. FedSource/GoTo.Gov/FBA is a partnership of Franchise Business Activities (FBA?s) within the Treasury Department composed of FedSource ? Beaufort, FedSource ? Chicago, FedSource-Seattle, FedSource ? St. Louis, GoTo.Gov (located in Baltimore, MD), and FBA ? Central (located in Cincinnati, OH). The types of services required include, but are not limited to: general administrative, industrial, technical, and professional positions. The contractor(s) shall be required to provide all management, supervision, and labor to meet the requirements of the task orders. The Government anticipates making multiple awards of indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts that provide for fixed-price, labor-hours, or time-and-materials task orders. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis, with the intent of making at least one of the awards to an acceptable small business if one is found. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 561320 and the Small Business Size Standard is $10 million. The contract(s) will have a base period with four one-year option periods. The maximum value of all contracts will not exceed $700 million dollars for their combined cumulative sum. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the EPS site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions. Once a notice is received from GSA, offerors need to return to the EPS web site and click on ?EPS for Vendors? and enter the solicitation number (BPD-02-R-0010) in order to locate the posting of the solicitation. You may receive a hard copy of the solicitation and any amendments (via U. S. Mail) only if the Internet option is NOT available to you by faxing your request to (304) 480-7203 or e-mailing your request to procurement@bpd.treas.gov.
