Description

Description The Overseas Private Investment Corporation intends to award a sole source purchase order to the incumbent firm Moody's Investors Service for the renewal of Moody's Sovereign Research & Bank Research: Capital Markets via the World Wide Web. This service provides analysis and research services related to financial institutions and sovereigns. Licensing via private website shall provide access for sixteen users. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a sole source requirement and if after evaluation the agency determines that there is no other comparable service, an award will be made without further notification. Responses must be received, in writing, within ten (10) calendar days of publication of this notice. Interested parties must submit sufficient descriptive literature with their response to prove their capability to satisfy the requirements. Requests must be in writing. No telephone, fax, or email responses will be accepted. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures (SAP).
