- Description
- The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Office of Space Science is releasing an Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement, NRA 02-OSS-01 entitled Radioisotope Power Conversion Technology. This new NRA solicits proposals for conducting research and developing technology for higher efficiency power conversion for future radioisotope power systems resulting in more cost effective science missions for NASA. This Amendment establishes a new Program Element A.4.3 in Appendix A entitled "Radioisotope Power Conversion Technology". Participation is open to all categories of organizations, foreign and domestic, including industry, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, NASA centers, and other Government agencies. Upon its release date, the NRA will be available through the Office of Space Science home page by selecting Research Opportunities at http://spacescience.nasa.gov . Notices of Intent are due September 12, 2002, and proposals are due November 8, 2002. Further information about this new program element is available from Ms. Therese M.
